2. Can you do custom designs?

Yes! Every piece can be custom-designed to fit your vision. Just share your idea, text, reference images, or specific details — and we’ll work together to bring it to life.

3. How do I place an order?

You can place an order by:

• Filling out the form on our website

• Messaging us on Instagram or Facebook

• Emailing us directly

We’ll respond with a quote and design proof before production begins. 

4. Do you offer proofs or previews before making my item?

Yes! We provide digital proofs for most custom items so you can approve the design before we start making it.

5. How long will my order take?

Production times vary. Typical turnaround is 2–3 weeks, but more complex orders may take longer. We’ll give you an estimated timeline when you order.

6. Do you offer rush orders?

Yes — rush orders may be available depending on current workflow. Additional fees may apply for expedited production.

7. What materials do you use?

Our work is handcrafted using quality woods and engraving-friendly materials. We select materials that best fit the aesthetic and durability needs of each project.

8. Do you ship items?

Yes! We ship across the United States. Shipping costs depend on weight, size, and destination.

9. Is local pickup available?

We can arrange local pickup if you’re nearby.

10. What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you.

11. How do I care for my pieces?

Wood pieces should be kept out of prolonged direct moisture and cleaned with a dry or lightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals to preserve the finish.

12. Can you do bulk or corporate orders?

Yes — we handle bulk orders for businesses, events, weddings, departments, and more. Contact us for a custom quote.

13. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, Cash and other payment methods as agreed.

14. Do you offer gift packaging?

We can offer gift-ready packaging upon request — perfect for special occasions.
